I'm here to help shift that disempowering conversation that you are having with yourself right now.

I grew up in the beautiful city of  Montreal on a linear path, accomplishing significant feats, achieving great milestones, and surpassing most expectations. And yet, I was empty. I constantly felt insecure, never felt good enough, and always felt afraid.

After years of higher education, studying human development and psychology, I created a curriculum focused on cultivating self-esteem in adolescent girls. On paper it was perfect and I felt blessed to be in this conversation with young women.

But then, it dawned on me:

How could I teach others to love themselves, when I didn't love myself?

And thus began my journey of awakening.

I left my job, my relationship, my family and headed to India alone, without a plan, for an indefinite period of time.

I embarked on a radical journey of transformation, where I surrendered fully, facing my every fear and seeing through the patterns that I had been living all my life. I had spent my 26 years (at the time) sourcing validation and approval from everything and everyone outside of myself. Without it, I felt worthless. This awareness allowed me to discover the solution to the suffering at the heart of people everywhere. I discovered authentic love and I found it within.

This is an ongoing journey, it's not about the destination. My commitment to my clients, readers and listeners, is to demonstrate that vulnerability is strength, that transparency is courage and that authenticity is love.  I work with those who are committed to transformation and change and who are ready to love themselves wholeheartedly.

I invite you to courageously stand in the center of the fire with me and burn away all that isn't real, so that you can emerge as the breathtaking expression of love that you are, and have been all along.
